1. Merchant Responsibility
KANGAROO TRADE MARKETING LTD, operating as CSS Club, is the merchant, platform operator, and seller responsible for NFT Membership Passes, digital access products, product descriptions, customer support, refunds, disputes, and the delivery process offered through cssclubpass.io.
Customers should contact CSS Club directly for any matter related to:
- NFT delivery;
- product description;
- NFT utility or membership access;
- refunds;
- duplicate charges;
- failed delivery;
- customer support;
- complaints;
- disputes;
- chargeback prevention;
- community content;
- platform access.
2. Role of Payment Providers
Third-party payment providers, card processors, checkout providers, acquiring partners, banking partners, crypto infrastructure providers, and other technical service providers may be used to process payments or support checkout functionality.
These providers act only as independent third-party technology, payment, or infrastructure providers.
They are not the seller of the NFT, not the creator of the NFT, not the marketplace operator, not the issuer of the NFT, and not responsible for the NFT, community content, digital access, delivery, refunds, product quality, or customer support.
3. No Product Liability for Payment Providers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, third-party payment providers are not responsible for:
- the NFT or digital product purchased;
- the description, quality, utility, or availability of any NFT;
- community or membership access;
- blockchain delivery;
- wallet compatibility;
- incorrect wallet addresses;
- loss of wallet access;
- refund decisions;
- customer support;
- platform communications;
- product-related disputes;
- chargebacks arising from product misunderstanding;
- any statement made by CSS Club, users, affiliates, or third parties.
4. Customer Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase on CSS Club, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- the customer is purchasing an NFT Membership Pass or digital access product from KANGAROO TRADE MARKETING LTD through CSS Club;
- the payment provider only facilitates the payment or checkout process;
- all product-related questions must be directed to CSS Club;
- NFT delivery is handled by CSS Club and verified through blockchain records (see our NFT Delivery Confirmation Policy);
- payment providers are not responsible for NFT value, utility, resale, access, community performance, or delivery support.
5. Support Before Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact CSS Club support before filing any payment dispute, chargeback, or complaint with their bank or card issuer.

Third-party payment providers do not verify, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any NFT utility, community access, or digital benefit described on cssclubpass.io.
