This NFT Delivery Confirmation Policy explains how CSS Club (cssclubpass.io), operated by KANGAROO TRADE MARKETING LTD, verifies and documents delivery of NFT Membership Passes purchased through our platform.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to provide customers, payment providers, acquiring partners, and dispute-handling parties with a clear and objective method for verifying NFT delivery.
NFT delivery is confirmed through blockchain records and internal order records maintained by CSS Club.
2. Our Responsibility for Delivery
KANGAROO TRADE MARKETING LTD, operating as CSS Club, is the merchant and platform operator responsible for NFT delivery, customer support, delivery verification, and handling delivery-related issues.
Any third-party payment provider or checkout provider involved in the payment process acts only as a payment technology provider and is not responsible for NFT minting, NFT transfer, NFT utility, wallet access, customer support, or delivery verification.
3. How NFT Delivery Works
When a customer purchases an NFT Membership Pass on CSS Club, the NFT is minted or transferred to the wallet address provided or connected by the customer during checkout.
The NFT may be delivered through one of the following methods:
- direct mint to the customer's wallet;
- transfer from a platform-controlled wallet to the customer's wallet;
- smart contract interaction that assigns or delivers the NFT to the customer's wallet.
4. When Delivery Is Considered Complete
NFT delivery is considered complete when:
- the payment has been approved or confirmed;
- the NFT has been minted or transferred to the wallet address provided or connected by the customer;
- the blockchain transaction has been submitted and recorded on the relevant blockchain;
- the transaction hash, token ID, contract address, and delivery wallet can be identified.
A blockchain explorer record showing the NFT mint or transfer to the customer's wallet is considered objective evidence of delivery.
5. Delivery Evidence Maintained by CSS Club
For each completed NFT purchase, CSS Club may store the following delivery evidence:
- internal order ID;
- payment provider transaction reference;
- payment status;
- customer email or account identifier, where available;
- customer wallet address;
- NFT collection name;
- NFT name or membership plan;
- NFT contract address;
- token ID;
- blockchain network;
- on-chain transaction hash;
- transaction timestamp;
- blockchain explorer link;
- delivery status;
- checkout terms accepted by the customer;
- refund policy acceptance;
- customer receipt;
- support and communication history, where applicable.
This evidence allows the NFT delivery to be matched to the customer's order, wallet address, token ID, and payment reference.
6. Customer Receipt
After successful delivery, the customer may receive a confirmation page, email receipt, or account notification containing delivery details, including:
- order ID;
- NFT or membership plan name;
- collection name;
- wallet address;
- blockchain network;
- contract address;
- token ID;
- transaction hash;
- delivery timestamp;
- blockchain explorer link;
- support contact information.
The customer can use this information to independently verify delivery through a public blockchain explorer.
7. Pending Delivery
Some NFT deliveries may take additional time because of blockchain network congestion, payment confirmation delays, smart contract execution, gas conditions, or technical review.
If an order is marked as pending, CSS Club may continue processing the delivery, retry the transaction, manually review the order, or contact the customer for additional information.
8. Failed Delivery
If payment is successful but NFT delivery fails due to a technical issue, CSS Club may:
- retry the delivery;
- manually complete the delivery;
- issue an equivalent NFT or access product;
- cancel the order before delivery;
- approve a refund if delivery cannot be completed.
Customers should contact support@cssclubpass.io before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. See also our Refund & Dispute Policy.
9. Incorrect or Inaccessible Wallets
The customer is responsible for providing or connecting a correct and accessible wallet address.
If the NFT is delivered to the wallet address provided or connected by the customer, CSS Club will treat the NFT as successfully delivered, even if the customer later loses access to the wallet or claims the wallet was incorrect.
10. Dispute and Chargeback Evidence
In the event of a refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback, CSS Club may provide delivery evidence to the payment provider, acquiring bank, card network, or relevant dispute-handling party.
This evidence may include the blockchain transaction hash, contract address, token ID, customer wallet address, delivery timestamp, customer receipt, accepted terms, and support communications.
11. Third-Party Wallets and Blockchain Networks
CSS Club is not responsible for third-party wallet outages, blockchain network delays, gas fee fluctuations, explorer display delays, wallet interface errors, or loss of access caused by the customer's wallet provider, device, credentials, or private keys.
